The Luxury Picnic Experience

Let’s be honest, who doesn’t love to be pampered with all the goods for you to enjoy without the stress of doing it yourself?

Our Luxury Picnic Experience is here to serve you. We take care of every detail for you to enjoy.

Each set up is meticulously prepared with all the aesthetics, bringing elegance and sophistication to your event.

How it works?

1. Fill an inquiry form

After reviewing all of our packages, pricing and FAQ’S, please fill out an inquiry form and follow the prompts. Let us know all the details of your event and your flexibility with dates & time. We are based in San Diego; any event outside the County we charge a transportation fee. Beach Picnics are subject to a beach fee as well. Beach fee will vary depending on size, props and location. Certain parks and beaches require a permit. Please acquire the permit before booking. Our team responds to inquiries within 24 hours.

2. Communication & Deposit

After reviewing your inquiry, we will be communicating with you via text or phone call to finalize any details, answering any questions or concerns. Once we have agreed on the details of your event, we will email you an itemized invoice, an acknowledgment of our Terms & Conditions, and ways to pay the deposit. In order to secure your date, we will need half of the total amount of your event.

3. Picnic Time!

Come and enjoy! The day of the picnic, we will text you with a pin location an hour prior. You are more than welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We kindly ask you to be on time to enjoy your picnic.

We believe in the WOW factor. All our events comes with fresh floral arrangements that are yours to keep. Nothing elevates better a tablescape or event than having fresh floral, giving your event and atmosphere a sense of leisure. Flowers make people happy!
